  • How do I pick up the car from the airport?
    Enjoy our convenient airport car delivery! Choose from three parking options: the closest Blue Garage ($23/day), the economical Open Lot ($12/day), or the one that requires a little walk a cell phone lot (Free). You’ll cover the parking fees for both your departure and my retrieval of the car if chosen to park in a paid garage. Quick and easy!
  • Can I leave the state?
    You're welcome to take the car out of state. However, please note that taking the vehicle out of the country is not allowed. If your travels take you to Mexico, I'd recommend choosing a vehicle from another host. This car is equipped with geo-fencing technology, which alerts me if the car approaches the border and allows me to remotely deactivate the vehicle if necessary. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and I appreciate your understanding.
  • Is there a car wash available for the vehicle during my rental?
    Yes! We offer an unlimited car wash membership with Surf Thru Car Wash that you can use anytime during your rental period. There’s a sticker on the windshield—just drive through the automated wash bay, and it’ll scan to raise the gate. Feel free to take advantage of this convenient and free service to keep the car looking its best. While it’s always appreciated if the car is returned clean, washing it before return is optional and entirely up to you. Guests usually appreciate this perk as it lessens the chance of incurring a cleaning charge after their trip. Enjoy your trip!
  • How are toll charges handled for my rental?
    All of our vehicles are equipped with toll tags for your convenience. You will be billed for any tolls incurred during your trip after it is over. It can take up to 20 days for toll charges to be processed. Once the charges are finalized, I will send you an invoice detailing the tolls incurred.
