"I would give Mikhail 10 stars if I could. This is my second time booking one of his cars and I don’t think I’ll book with anyone else when I visit TX. He’s incredibly reliable, and communicative and went out of his way to accommodate my last-second date change. I mixed up my Turo dates with my actual trip to TX and reached out to Mikhail for a last-second delivery to the airport a day ahead of my Turo pickup. I did not expect him to accept or arrive so quickly, but ALAS, came through in a pinch. The car was dropped off within an hour of my request - can you say all-star customer service? The Trax is extremely fuel efficient and got me to and around San Marcos for less than $15 in gas. Bonkers. Thank you, again, Mikhail for setting me up for a wonderful visit back home.
